Affirmations

February is love month, so don't forget to love yourself, now, and always! Come

create 2-3 mixed- media art cards that will include self-affirming statements --like little valentines to yourself. We will play with paint paper and all kinds of doodads as we learn easy mark-making techniques using everyday objects. Supplies are included, and I will provide some typed affirmations that you can use, or you can write your own.
