About the event
If you have been on the magnificent journey of 1:11Art and Healing Space anywhere along our opening in 2019 I would be honored if you participated in this special closing ceremony.
At 5:00, we will close the doors of our beloved house, say our goodbyes to what’s been recently referred to as “ the Mothership” and begin our very short walk up the block.
I will say a few words, and hand out candles, I’ll ask you all bring a momento from the house to place at the foot of our porch or by 1:11’s new stoop. While it’s all quite boxed up- you’ll be able to see the potential and sustainability we will begin to grow again.
At the Moonhouse, we’ll potluck, and reconnect, lounge by the fire and celebrate our new year coming in and get to know our new “ house mother” Sarah whose been diligently preparing…
