Do you have a budding engineer between the ages of 8-12? Or a creative, inquisitive kid looking for a fun and engaging hands-on learning experience this summer? This engineering camp will get kids learning and exploring every day.

About the event
This engineering camp will get kids learning and exploring every day. They will learn the engineering process through several hands-on projects including building their own putt-putt boats, mechanical grabber hands, and hydraulic bridges. They will learn physics, chemistry, and math concepts relevant to each activity as well as the statistical investigation cycle to analyze and refine their designs.
Tyler Pulis is a Nationally Board Certified teacher licensed in NC to teach secondary math and science. They are passionate about supporting kids in learning, creating, questioning, and exploring their own interests.
Monday - Friday 9 am - 12 pm
$275 includes all materials and supplies
Afternoon care available until 3 pm for an extra $125. Kids must bring their own lunch if staying for the afternoon.

Engineering Camp
Monday - Friday 9 am - 12 noon You may choose to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve a spot. The remaining $175 is due on the first day of camp. Limited to 8 students. If fewer than 4 students register, camp will be canceled and all deposits/payments will be refunded. Afternoon care available until 3 pm for an additional $125 for the week. Students must bring their own lunch.
