About the event

We will work on de-stigmatizing attachment types and look at them as survival strategies rather than deficiencies. We will talk about how to work on our attachment to ourselves, and explore an experiential exercise around the theme of attunement.

Facilitated by Chris Geddings

Licensed body worker, who has pursued multiple healing art forms to engage with people in various levels to understand themselves and their experiences in a positive way. Chris has been a part of our 1:11 community for over a year now, sharing his music and his heart. Please join us on this powerful journey and engage with Chris as he's in the final weeks of his graduate program earning a degree in counseling and excited to start offering these workshops for our community.
