Hi, I'm Chris. My eclectic journey through movement education, space holding, and energy work—combined with my experience as a licensed bodyworker (NCLMBT#17381) and a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling—gives me a unique perspective on personal growth and healing.
